Action Housing is a francophone organization located in the Ottawa community of Vanier. Since 1989, Action Housing has been offering bilingual services pertaining to housing loss and homelessness prevention in Ottawa, in partnership with Community Health and Resources Centres, and many other organizations serving the community.

How to access our services

At our main office, we accept up to four new clients every week day. New clients must come to our office to be seen by our Intake Worker. We do not make appointments for new clients. New clients are taken on a first come, first serve basis. To ensure new clients are seen, we recommend that they arrive just as the office opens in the morning and after our lunch hour.
