Since its launch, the Housing Program and Community Partnership (HPCP) has established itself as a key player in homelessness prevention and in supporting vulnerable families in Ottawa.

Over the past year, we responded to more than 300 calls, providing attentive listening, situational assessments, and tailored support. Our interventions primarily include:

Progress and Challenges

This year was marked by a particularly challenging context following the cancellation of the COHB subsidy. This decision significantly reduced the financial tools available to facilitate access to housing, increasing pressure on both families and our program.
